We began our activity in 1992, in response to the demand for care of elderly or dependent persons, through telecare services.

The telecare is a personalised care and support service that allows beneficiaries to have permanent assistance and immediate response to emergency situations or other types of needs. In addition, the service also acts in a preventive manner by means of monitoring calls that enable the tracking of their progress and the early detection of potential risks.
Other devices can also be added to increase the security of the user and their social network. Accessories for lifestyle monitoring or for the detection of risks to the user's health and/or home, such as a smoke detector, gas detector, door-opening sensor and/or user immobility sensor.

This 24 hour support service allows people to be permanently connected with a team of socio-sanitary professionals and to receive, with a push of a button, immediate assistance in emergency situations or moments of insecurity.This device also provides continous day-to-day care, so that they can remain in their homes longer, with a greater level of protection.
