Who is it aimed at?

People with a certain degree of dependency who wish to stay at home and receive immediate assistance if required.

How does it work?

The system is activated in hands-free mode with the press of a button and allows the customer to speak directly with our staff.

Can it be used in the shower?

Yes. The portable device is specially designed for easy use, even (and especially) in the shower or bathroom. Resistant to contact with liquids.

And if I press the button by accident...

No problem. Our Care Centre professionals will ask you if something has happened to you, and if you do not respond, we will call your home to rule out any danger.

Do you notify my relatives?

Yes, in case of emergency or unusual situations, we notify the contacts provided by the user and/or contractor.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

There is no minimum commitment clause and you can unsubscribe at any time by giving 30 days notice.

What happens if there is no electricity...

In the event of a power failure, the terminal has a battery that lasts 48 hours. In addition, notification is sent to the Care Centre to be on alert in case the electricity has not been restored within that period.

Can you locate me?

Yes, the mobile telecare or lifestyle pattern telecare formats have this feature.

Who will handle my emergency call?

A team of professionals specialising in healthcare and social work and qualified to assist and provide immediate response in emergency situations and to apply the relevant protocol.
