The personal data gathered through data collection forms both on the website https://atenzia.com as well as on paper, will be processed by Atenzia for the purpose of responding to your request for information and, if you have given your consent by checking the corresponding box, to send you marketing messages, resources and products which Atenzia offers their customers. Your data will not be transferred to any third parties. This data processing in necessary to deal with your request and is based on the consent you gave when you sent us your request for information and checked the box for Agree to receive marketing messages. The legal base for the processing of your data is your consent given when sending the registration form, and if you checked the corresponding box, to send you information on other workshops and related information. Atenzia will keep your data until the end of the online workshop or until you revoke your consent or oppose said processing.
The personal data of contact persons of companies linked to Atenzia and the personal data that you may provide us with during your contractual, professional or commercial relationship with Atenzia will be processed by Atenzia for the purpose of maintaining these relationships, as well as for sending commercial communications about the services, resources or products offered by Atenzia to its customers. You may freely oppose receiving these communications, without this affecting our contractual, professional or commercial relationship. For this purpose, your data may be disclosed to the Commercial Register, the tax authorities, banks, audit and consultancy firms, lawyers and notaries. The processing of this data is necessary to comply with legal obligations, to execute the contract and/or to maintain the contractual , professional or commercial relationship. We also inform you that your data will be kept for as long as these relationships are maintained and for the time periods designated by fiscal legislation or for the time period established to deal with possible complaints.
If you have sent us your CV to Atenzia’s postal or electronic addresses, or have provided it to us through an employment offer published on Linkedin or Infojobs, we inform you that your data will be processed by Atenzia to manage your selection process for vacant posts within the company. Your data will not be transferred to any third party. This data processing is necessary to deal with your request and is based on the consent you gave when you sent us your CV. Unless you oppose the processing of your data, they will be kept for 1 year after you sent Atenzia your CV or, if applicable, while the employment or trade relationship continues and the time periods established by labour or fiscal legislation or for the time period established to respond to possible complaints.
