From a health and social care perspective we generate a map of each patient’s circumstances, taking into account the medical diagnosis, social factors and mental factors to generate a personalised care plan.
Domestic abuse
Our commitment to combat domestic abuse goes back more than 20 years, We provide services of prevention and legal, psychological and social care to victims and their surroundings in the local, regional and national field.
We provide face-to-face services such as 24 hour on-call social work, Family Education, Purple Points and remote training for professionals, specialised studies and guides, care and follow-up for victims through geolocation devices or the 016 service.
