Agenda 2030
The economic and social policies of Agenda 2030 ratified by all UN countries, including Spain, should also be present in companies and organisations to achieve sustainability goals for our planet’s resources.
Atenzia, given its relationship with vulnerable people and aware of its responsibility to society, adopts these goals their own. To do this, within its Social Corporate Responsibility Policy it includes a continuous strategic reflection on how to contribute to achieving these goals within our areas of activity. A strategic reflection which materialises in corporate, environmental, social and labour actions which give body to our ethical commitment to society.
United Nations Global Compact
The Global Compact is an international initiative proposed by the United Nations with the aim of winning the voluntary commitment of organisations in a position of social responsibility. Based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the 10 labour, environmental and anti-corruption principles make each company a strong, long-term partner for the Organisation.
Atenzia has belonged to the Spanish Network of the United Nations Global Compact since 2014, and has been a partner since 2016, committing to the 10 principles of the Pact.

Sustainable mobility
Aware of the impact of CO2 emissions on the health of people and the planet, we have made the transition to a more sustainable transport fleet, with reduced emissions. Currently 70% of our fleet of vehicles are hybrid and 30% are electric.
Reuse and recycle
Inspired by the circular economy, wherever possible we use devices made from materials that are respectful of the environment and which have low consumption power feeds. We apply active policies of preventative maintenance to extend their useful life and when they are retired we reduce the generation of electronics waste by reusing and/or recycling components and devices.
100% green energy
With the increase in our activity, we promote energy saving to an even greater extent. Measures to raise awareness and save energy have reduced our energy consumption by 1.3%. 100% of the electrical energy consumed since 2020 has come from renewable sources, allowing us to reduce our CO2 emissions by 15%.
Universal Accessibility

Technology and material means must be at the service of people regardless of their situation. Designing services which take into account the circumstances of each user is of benefit for all and achieves equal access, comfort and wellbeing.
Integration through employment
Work is a key factor for people to lead a fulfilling and active life: it facilitates social recognition, encourages independent living and contributes to mental, physical and social health. Atenzia collaborates with different initiatives and agreements with public and private bodies to promote and facilitate access to work for vulnerable groups such as women who have suffered domestic abuse, those over 45 years of age, and the incorporation of young people in the training for the labour sector.
